Tasting characteristics — the wine has vivid straw-yellow color. Intense and lingering aroma reminds of fruit such as pear, banana with a hints of rose and white flowers. Refreshing, clean and easy-to-drink wine with a citrus aftertaste.
Vinification — this wine comes from grapes sourced in Lombardy, northern Italy. After the harvest, grapes are softly pressed and destemmed. The must is then separated from the skins and, at this point, the alcoholic fermentation starts with the aid of cultured yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in tanks at controlled temperature. After the fermentation, no further aging is carried out in order to maintain the freshness and light aromas of this wine.
