  • Gastronomy — it is ideal as an aperitif, as well as in combination with Pasta dishes and grilled red meats. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18°
  • Tasting characteristics — the wine has an intense color with red berry rim. Aroma opens elegant tones of cherry, dark fruits and vanilla. Robust and balanced in taste wine has a silky tannins frame flavors of dried strawberries, plums, violet and red cherries.
  • Vinification — We follow the old traditional vinification method: completely mature grapes are harvested from vineyards and processed in soft membrane presses. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures and with prolonged maceration with the skins. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in steel tanks for at least one year and several months in oak.
  • Curiosity — Sangiovese (san-jo-veh-zeh) derives its name from the Latin Sanguis Jovis, "the blood of Jove".
